Guaranteed Reservations with Deposit
We take a deposit for all guaranteed reservations, Why? We don’t over book or double book. When a deposit is paid we guarantee that unit and unless there is an extreme circumstance beyond our control, you will get the class of vehicle you want or a free upgrade. We guarantee your satisfaction and 99% of the time the vehicle you want will be the vehicle you get in its class. If something occurs beyond our control we will work as hard as we can to make sure that you are accommodated for your reservation. We never sell out a customer for a higher paying rental as this is unethical and strictly prohibited.
Should an event occur that you feel you have been treated unfair or a situation that has occurred at one of our locations please contact the following company managers and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. We strive to provide the best in service and quality and we know that you have a choice who to rent from. We don’t want a 1 time rental, we want a lifetime business relationship. We have been in the rental business for over 20 years and will continue to be here for the long haul thanks to customers like you.
